Our Fig Leaf Choux Cake (also known as Karpatka—a Polish cream cake named after the Carpathian Mountains) is made out of 2 layers of choux pastry sandwiching a decadent fig leaf creme filling. The filling has notes of vanilla and coconut, studded with fresh blackberries throughout. The cake is finished off with a dusting of powdered sugar.
